Intent to participate does not constitute an agreement or contract. This form only declares your interest in participating.
We will not turn any station away from Profit Sharing, and there are no obligations regarding exclusivity. I.e. you are free to join other Profit Sharing Programmes.
Your sizing and placement(s) on The TUN3R Dials will depend on the following factors: the quality of programming; the scarity of your format; the demand of your format; the quality of your stream (i.e. bitrate); the reliability of your stream; and the history and reputation of your station. TUN3R reserves the right to veto Dial Placement preference.
It is our intent to cover all royalty and streaming costs (on a per listener, per usage bases), and pay a per-use profit over and above this amount. The specific dollar amounts, business rules and processes regarding use of your stream and payment will be described in detail prior to the subscription service commencing.
As overall TUN3R subscribership grows we intend to increase the percentage of revenues (and profits) webcasters receive.
